Student Information
This form should be completed by students who completed coursework prior to 2006 and therefore do not have Tufts credentials to request a transcript through SIS.

Tufts is pleased to offer electronic transcripts and expedited shipping of transcripts through Parchment. Click here if you cannot log into SIS and wish to request a transcript to be delivered electronically or with expedited delivery. 

If requesting a paper transcript, it will be mailed standard ground shipping through USPS. Your request will be processed within five business days of submitting this form.  You should plan on a total of 10 business days from request to delivery (door to door).  















Transcript Mailing Address
A physical address is required if the transcript is to be mailed. If no address is provided the transcript will be available for pick up at Student Services in Dowling Hall on the Medford, MA campus. A photo ID will be required to pick up a transcript in person at Student Services. 
Our office is temporarily relocated for Summer 2026; hold for pick up transcripts can be picked up in Braker Hall, Suite 110 (8 Upper Campus Road).

Requested transcripts for Arts, Sciences, and Engineering or University College students will be available for pick up at Student Services in Dowling Hall on the Medford campus (419 Boston Ave.) within 2-3 business days. Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID with you to pick up a transcript in person at Student Services.
