Enrollment Verification

An enrollment verification is an official Tufts document that shows what semesters you have been enrolled in at Tufts, your credit load for each of those semesters, your program(s) and plan(s), as well as degrees earned. This form should be used by current students who need to request information that is not standard on the Enrollment Verification or by alumni who completed work prior to 2007 and do not have Tufts credentials.

Current students and students who completed work since 2007 can follow the steps on our website to request an enrollment verification in SIS to print from their browser or be printed on Tufts Letterhead and either held for pick up at Student Services or mailed out to an address entered in the request process.
Student Information

Students are encouraged to enter their Tufts ID; Alumni who do not know their ID must provide the last four digits of their SSN as well as date of birth for verification purposes.

A physical address is required if the enrollment verification is to be mailed. If no address is provided the verification will be available for pick up at Student Services in Dowling Hall on the Medford, MA campus.   At this time Tufts does not send electronic verifications.
